Rise and Grind Staffing's core team has resumed working remotely in order to navigate this new normal. We hope to start staffing gigs as early as August. In the meantime, we will work with medical & testing professionals and public health experts to develop protocols and procedures to keep our gigsters and clients safe.
Being a gigster has its perks. In addition to flexible shifts and same-day pay, all* of our gigs pay $30 - $50/hour, with a four-hour guarantee!

EVENT STAFF
Welcome and attend to all guests, installation of decor and activation units, support to staff, and general assistance to a variety of event vendors. This job is perfect for anyone who wants to get their feet wet in the event industry and experience all the opportunities it offers.
EVENT BARTENDER
Looking for energetic and outgoing Bartenders for various events. Experience preferred and must have reliable transportation. Events are mostly on the weekends, but occasionally weekday evenings. Events can vary from weddings to birthday parties to corporate events.
EVENT SERVER
Talented, service-minded individuals who are committed to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high energy, fun environment. Must be dependable and friendly. The bulk of gigs occur nights and weekends, so availability during those times is a must. A flexible schedule is required.
BRAND AMBASSADOR
Outgoing and engaging individuals that can represent a brand in a positive light and by doing so help to increase brand awareness and sales. Someone capable of embodying
the corporate identity in appearance, demeanor, values, and ethics.
FOCUS GROUP
Market research companies organize Focus Groups on behalf of companies that want to learn what people think of their products. People come together and discuss the product of a particular company. You essentially give your opinion on it.
SECURITY
Reliable unarmed security officers. Observe and report suspicious activities and persons. Monitor points of access in a building or property to allow entry only to individuals with the correct identification or authorization. Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
SECRET SHOPPER
Secret shoppers to pose as a clients, employees, or customers and provide feedback about their experience. Secret shoppers conduct assignments discreetly so that the employees do not know they are monitoring their experience.
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Enthusiastic assistant able to handle incoming calls and other communications. Filing, greeting clients and visitors, and updating paperwork as needed, as well as performing general duties in the office and potentially out in the field.
MOVER/PACKER
Looking for humble, hardworking people who are searching for the opportunity to work with a professional moving company. Must be dedicated to being a team player and have a flexible schedule.
VALET ATTENDANT
Outstanding service individuals with an outgoing personality who gain energy and thrive from providing guests with an experience that leaves a lasting impression. Ability to perform well under pressure, meeting guests' expectations quickly while being polite, attentive, and friendly.
FRONT DESK CLERK
“Face” for all visitors/employees and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
DELIVERY DRIVER HELPER
Individuals who are quick learners, motivated and team players to join our growing network to help run delivery routes. We want all our employees to be successful, and we work as a team to make that happen. Having a positive attitude with basic customer service skills is a plus.
PERSONAL SHOPPER
As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for shopping each customer’s online grocery order while ensuring quality and accuracy that will allow us to build customer trust and loyalty.
